We are located on Maitland Avenue  (not Maitland Boulevard) and the side street Ventris Avenue.  We are free standing yellow building with black awnings.  Located next door to Wachovia Bank and in the same building as Maitland Chiropractic Clinic.  We are directly across Maitland Avenue from the Maitland Public Library and walking distance from Antonio's La Fiamma Italian Restaurant and Lake Lily.  Our front door is black with Vitality written in pink.
